Sunshine Coast Eye and Retina Opens August, 2023

Sunshine Coast Eye and Retina is set to open its doors in August 2023. The specialist ophthalmology clinic aims to provide a comprehensive eye health service, specialising in cataract, macular and retinal disease, and oculoplastics.

Dr Warren Apel, Cataract and Vitreoretinal Surgeon, leads the team at Sunshine Coast Eye and Retina. He is joined by Dr Jenna Besley, Dr Ebony Smith and Dr Tuan Tran and together they provide a premium eye specialist service that prioritises education and communication with patients, Optometrists and General Practitioners. The clinical staff at Sunshine Coast Eye and Retina include a registered nurse and ophthalmic technician to ensure that you receive quality eye care throughout your visit to the clinic. The kind and helpful reception staff also look forward to welcoming you to the new clinic.

The Eye Specialists at Sunshine Coast Eye and Retina live and work locally. With extensive training in Australia and overseas, and the most advanced imaging and laser technology available, Sunshine Coast Eye and Retina will provide the absolute best eye care for the Sunshine Coast population.

Sunshine Coast Eye and Retina is located at level 1, 20 Kalinga Street, Caloundra in the Ochre Health Hub. There is lift and stair access to the clinic and there is free parking beneath the building and public parking available on Ormuz Avenue. The clinic is currently accepting appointments for existing patients of Dr Warren Apel and Dr Jenna Besley and new patients for all four Ophthalmologists.
